Intralinx has design two unique voice services to offer too small to medium sized businesses: sip Trunking and hosted IP-PBX. While there are many other companies offering similar services ours set themselves apart by utilizing our unique BrightVoice architecture. This architecture includes advanced traffic shapers, QoS mechanisms, dedicated circuits and multiple geographically local network operations centers, to ensure that voice is delivered with the utmost priority and the least latency possible. What this means for you is that voice when carried over our BrightVoice network will sound as good if not better than traditional bell circuits. There will be no echoes, no breaking up, no disconnections, and most importantly no downtime, we guarantee it.

Our network was setup to be extremely secure and reliable. To achieve this, the BrightVoice Network employs multiple locations, with diversified fiber optic networks, and strong encryption.

While the security and reliability are our utmost concern, we also realize that it has to be affordable. The use of our BrightVoice Network allows for: unlimited local and long distance, free in network calling (if you have multiple locations and they are both on the Intralinx BrightVoice Network, it will be free to call between them, no matter where they are on the planet), and finally among the lowest cost international rates in the industry.

Even though security, reliability and savings are all excellent reasons to switch, we also realize that if our BrightVoice Network does not meet your needs that it may not work for you. That is why we have built our BrightVoice network to be extremely flexible. We include all the standard traditional features, caller id, hunt groups..., as well as features that are not possible, roaming (workers can receive calls anywhere there is an internet connection, and most of the time even when there is not), "find me, follow me" (we will ring any phone number or group of phone numbers in any order, sequence or pattern you want), IVR menus (press 1 for support, press 2 for billing, press 3 for sales, etc), centralized voice mail (you can check your office voice mail from any computer or phone, as well as receive messages via email) and many more.
